Overview

AnydocAI converts documents into model-ready content. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the website, workspace, and paid services.

Data we process

• Account data: name, email address, authentication records, and account preferences.
• Billing data: plan, transaction status, invoices, and subscription identifiers. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by AnydocAI.
• Usage data: conversion timestamps, detected format, file size, processing time, status, and credits consumed.
• Cloud conversion data: document bytes are processed to produce the requested output. The current service records bounded job metadata and a short result preview for history and support.

Homepage conversions marked “local” run in your browser and do not upload document bytes to AnydocAI.

How we use data

We use this data to provide conversions, operate accounts and subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.

Retention and security

We retain account, billing, and job records only as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use access controls and encrypted transport, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Service providers

We may use infrastructure, authentication, payment, storage, analytics, and OCR providers to operate the service. They receive only the data needed to perform their function.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data, subject to legal and fraud-prevention requirements. Use the support channel shown in your account to submit a request.
